Hello all,
The title says it all: is VICE capable of running 65C02 binaries ? If not, can it be made capable of doing this ?
Regards,
Wim.

VICE emulates the 6502 including the illegals which are valid opcodes (or nops) on the 65c02. But you could always modify the cpu emulation in VICE, or stick to the opcodes which are the same on 6502 and 65c02...

What machines use the 65C02 that you would wish to emulate?

Hello Curtis,
I have a 65C02 in my VIC-20. I am working on a 65C02 version of WimBasic and I would like to use VICE for debugging/monitoring.
Regards,
Wim.

There is no support for the 65c02 in vice at the moment, but feel free to contribute.
