Got two of those myself. For some reason, we get a lot of VC-20s in the UK. The funny thing is that they come in UK packaging and have UK serial numbers.

Perhaps the UK importer had underestimated the demand so they had to side order surplus units from the German market? I'm almost 100% sure all VIC-20's sold in Sweden were labelled VIC-20, but as previously noted the agent seemed more closely involved with Commodore than those in other countries.

Nope, just the VIC, a joystick, PSU and a busted tape deck (and a nice video/audio phono lead - hence the great picture on the TV!)

I soon hooked it up to my 1541 drive so I've got no shortage of games/demos (thanks to Star Commander).
