As for molds, I think the answer is no new cartridge cases have been manufactured, only old ones recycled?

Yes, it was cost prohibitive to have new cases manufactured.

I'm not sure what you are confused about.
On Saturday I received an e-mail from you with a crazy rant about you about some "cabal" and how you and Roberto were going to wage hell on every one that didn't agree with you. Included in this e-mail was a desire to have MegaCart order cancelled because you were out of work and couldn’t afford it. BTW, I really didn't care for some of the insults that made regarding me or the work I've done.

Later you followed this up via PM on Denial by you with some BS "sorry" for deleting a post that I had made in off topic area.

So, I simply complied with your request and cancelled the order.

Please forgive my lack of compassion for posers or folks that flip/flop.

Since you raised this question in a public forum, the response is also in a public forum.

Now, back on topic.

My day job consumed a lot of my time during January and most of Feburary.
Good news though - parts which I ordered are starting to arrive now!
I received 140 eproms today from distributor in Europe (the rest are on back order)

I expect to receive PCB shipment (with gold plated edgecard) late next week. With that, I should be able to start some assembly work!

That's great news! Nice to hear the parts are coming through. Let me know when you need the hi-res artwork in the final grey colour (no rush).
