I've started to add my vic20 tape collection to vic20tapes.org.
I've already dumped about 120 tapes.
The TAP images will be added to the site too.

Why not get in touch with Arma? He's more or less been the official VIC 20 tape archiver for the last few years. Perhaps you can fill out the holes in each other's archives. It'd be a good thing to have all known tape dumps in more than one place.

Sure, We've already helped him with cleaning up some of the images.
Our site will only contain cleaned verified images from owners of the tapes.

I've started to add taps to vic20tapes.org.
Only 3 so far (3 Romik tapes running with standard memory).
1 of the games cause Vice to CPU jam..
Is this a known problem/bug with Vice?
All 3 taps clean 100% and checksums are ok using tapclean.

More to come..

I need to add support for SEQ files to tapclean... It's partially done.

I've found it happen a couple of times when the loader uses illegal opcodes... though that was on the C64 not the Vic20. Same principle perhaps (and before you ask, said C64 TAPs also caused CCS to jam).
