What a chump! Who would bother to pay that much for a game you can easily download from here:

http://gamebase64.hardabasht.com/games/ ... 515_01.zip

http://gamebase64.hardabasht.com/games/ ... 107_02.zip

Yet another fatal flaw in his plan...when it gets too expensive, Commodore owners download.

another possibility is he stole someone elses identity to get credit and is on a buying spree. I think he must be a little crazy. I for one dont like it, I did bid real high on a couple items a while back though just because I knew he would get them and would have to pay a premium. I don't see how he can ever sell any of that stuff at those prices. I agree that commodore users are not going to pay a premium for this stuff.

Anders, I am becoming picky about who I sell to as well, lots of bittching and whining and I make more money than you going on. He is ot getting anything from me. I truly hope noone sells him that great vic item someof got from you last year.

I've never seen an NTSC Wizball, so the price on that is probably okay. If I'd seen it I would have taken it actually! Slightly high on some of the others, though Castles has gone generally high anyhow because complete Broderbund stuff is in demand.

Having said that I got my complete US Beach-Head for $5 ;)

Sigh

I think he's inspiring others to pump the prices,
look at all the boxed VIC games at 59.99$ buyitnow by isellgames4u.

This is the end of vic Ebay collecting for me (it was getting kind on my budget already)

It seems backwards to me, when the 1541 disk drive sells for much less than the games. I can download these expensive games and write them to a disk, but I'm pretty much dead in the water if I buy the games but have no 1541 disk drive to load them with.

The games are easy to reproduce; even reproducing a manual, disk labels, and box art is significantly easier than it is to reproduce a 1541 disk drive. I say, let's keep our disk drives well maintained and stored well, keep people informed of how they can obtain their favourite classic games, cheap disks, and Star Commander, and let Worldlam's inventory rot into uselessness.

Worldham won many auctions from this Canadian seller (and out bidded me on another 2 games from this seller last night to add to the list of games he won that day).

The seller of course was influenced from his winnings and probably hoping to get the same crazy dollars from someone.

One of Worlddam's items he won the seller listed a 2nd copy for a min bid of $50 and a buy it now I think was $79.95

The kicker here though (and we might see a re-listing of what Worldspam had won) is he won't take paypal only money orders. So unless he has cash to buy a money order ($1433.50 plus shipping for the 31 items he won last night/this morning) or take a cash advance on one of his visa's, he won't be getting nuttin

Amazing,

Keep an eye on it...it would be interesting to see just what kind of "Buying power" Worldlam still has...

It's only a matter of time and he'll vanish and reappear under another username like nothing ever happened

Think it's time to shift the collecting focus to something else in the meantime until he's maxed out (why frustrate things more and waste my time bidding on something as he has a strong RPG interest like myself).

Well if worldham could buy them all those 59.99 carts I wouldn't care.
i just dont want casual buyers to go that high, cause then its the end for many game collectors.

Which is a bit strange on ISellGames4U because I won something from him a few weeks ago and he took Paypal for it. Now he only lists other forms. I wonder why? Annoying though... I could do with the Outworld in that condition...

I've won something over a month ago (Jan 17/07 item 230071229678) from that seller and it was MO only in his auction listing then (I remember as he's Canadian too and I had to go to the bank-something I rarely do for ebay wins). I see no feedback left from you or him in the last 200 transactions or in your win history, so you may be getting him confused with someone else?

Hope I'm not being too snoopy
