I know the feeling. While I have bought the physical copy already, getting the PDF would have been nice and convenient and also let me minimise the chance of damaging the physical version I already have.

If memory serves, he gave us a complimentary digital download when we backed the book on Kickstarter.

Funnily enough, I still find it more convenient to read a real book than a PDF.
