Welcome to the Real VIC Club (tm). You will find how much more charming is the real thing compared to emulation!

Yep, so the sooner you join the queue, the better!

You'll never go back to emulation. I am very appreciative of VICE and use it often to preview programs. But nothing can beat typing on real vic keys!

Yeah, I agree, I just bought a (very cheap) Programmer's Aid Cartridge, so I am very excited to play with that. I still like programming in BASIC, although I am dipping my foot more and more into ASM programming.
Thanks!

Congrats!
I fixed mine a couple of months back, and it's sweet to see your own emulator-built things run on the real metal. Enjoy!

Definitely worth joining the Mega Cart queue. I reckon it's the best add on ever released for the VIC 20. If you get one you won't be sorry.

Also very good if you get a uIEC or SD2IEC as it has built in Filebrowser etc.

Thanks for those tips! I have a SD2IEC on order and am very much looking forward to that! The Mega-Cart I will get in time, but I need to raise the $100 Canadian first! :D
Thanks!
