Run Stop Poke?

Hello,
Is there a poke command that can dissable the Run/Stop key.?
Or another way to dissable it?

location 774, I recall.

I think it may normally be 25 or 26, and pokeing 255 would disable the runstop key. I used to use it; however, now I like for users to stop my programs and look at the code.
