I also noticed that there were no wiki pages about AH products, so I created one for the company and one specifically for the game.
Will deepen my knowledge of the game mechanics as soon as I have some more spare time

Avalon Hill became an early publisher of computer games in 1980, adapting some of its boardgame titles to various computer platforms (TRS-80, Vic-20, Commodore 64, Apple II, etc.) on several data formats (cassette tape and 5¼" disk). Sales of these products were decent, but the only outstanding success was Achtung Spitfire!, published relatively late in the company history.

Yes, that list is complete, and they are all action/arcade-style games.orion70 wrote:Seems like they're not the same titles as the VIC - obviously they're arcades instead of text strategy. Can you confirm the list is complete?
They're fairly uncommon and not particularly cheap, although not necessarily as expensive as the figures given above. The site those figures came from is a joke. This guide is more accurate. Also, their rarity implies they're VERY expensive!
I would be ESTATIC <grin>. The C64 port is my favorite version.ral-clan wrote:Good job on the Wiki entry.
I wish Avalon Hill had made a version of Telengard for the VIC-20. I think Telengard would be an ideal candidate for a VIC-20 port - as the C64 graphics are not that complex, and it is a classic and popular game!

Telengard is maybe my favorite C64 game. A VIC version would be oh so nice.telengard wrote:I would be ESTATIC <grin>. The C64 port is my favorite version.ral-clan wrote:Good job on the Wiki entry.
