I don't have a program that will stitch together multiple PDF's on this computer, but they are all numbered, and I've named the comics in a way that it is clear which program they are associated with.
If there is any question about order (or someone wants to stitch them all together) a full PDF would look like this:
1. Intro (Back cover could go after #8 if you want to be accurate)
2. Stonehenge
3. Slime Creatures
4. Pit Demons
5. Cavern Monsters
6. Escape (From the Dungeon of the Lord-Wizard)
7. Rockfall (Cave-In)
8. Type-ins in the same order

The only thing I might change for further accuracy would be putting all of the programs onto a single TAP image so as to replicate the mail-order cassette you could send away for.
Adding the intro text from each type-in into a splash screen for each program would be ultra cool as well.
