Jim said me that it may be compatible with Mega-Cart and EasyLoad+ at least disabling the TURBO (F5 key) btw i will test it personally.

About power for the unit i may suggest a femal plug like a normal 1541/1571/1571 drive to use the same power supply, i think is not a bad idea.

I've just ordered my own copy of the mighty megacart: now I'm waiting to to recieve it.... Let's hope it will take short time :lol: :lol: :lol:

Thank you very much, I'm very happy that all my know Italian members, except one, have ordered a Mega-Cart, not me of course but another member that i know very well :wink:

A member with some games on Mega-Cart too... 8)

Someone needs another clue :wink:

Just a qiuck question
I placed an order on the official site twice as the first time i didnt include england in my address doooh
i did this on the first day the megacart was released but still havent recieved a reply by email has my order been lost do i need to place it again or have the replies not been posted yet...

Strange... we have replied to all order within 1 business day, maybe your SPAM filter is too much aggressive :wink:
BTW i confirm you the order for just one Mega-Cart and since you were in the pre-order list you have preserved your priority, thanks.

I noticed a VIC 20 fan page on Facebook. Although I am sure it is evil, being a part of Facebook, I am also intrigued that it is mostly Italian members! I wish we could get all of them over to Denial! Maybe an Italian member with a facebook account could help let them know about us?

Not me, I used to have a FB account, but dismissed it after realizing it was a complete waste of time and a serious threat to privacy :evil: .

My day job consumed a lot of my time during January and most of Feburary.
Good news though - parts which I ordered are starting to arrive now!
I received 140 eproms Feb 24 from distributor in Europe (the rest are on back order)

I expect to receive PCB shipment (with gold plated edgecard) late next week. With that, I shoud be able to start some assembly work!

PCB order arrived today. Note, edgecard is gold plated :wink:

Now, I'm just waiting on parts orders to arrive. Hopefully, they will all be in by Friday and assembly can start on weekend.
