Digikey sells a wide variety of programmable oscillators which can be pre-programmed by them at the frequency you want.

The very first few units of TOLB PAL I sold carried pre-programmed oscillators. They cost around 4$ each.
Be normal.

A bit late in my response, but here is $4.00 solution to get you ANY precision frequency desired.
I use these all the time...
