Has anyone seen Omega Race running on Sega Genesis? Looks and plays exactly like on a VIC 20, so much so that I cannot believe it was ported ... but rather cloned via software emulation. That could be a similar situation to Head Over Heels on the C64, the original Z80 code was translated into 6502 ...

There are no deadlines, so a game can be polished indeterminely long instead of finish this and start working on the next game instead.
