The last Computers to my knowledge with BASIC in its ROM are the ACORN ARM based 32 Bit Machines like the Archimedes or Later even the RISC PCs, they could be configured to Start into Basic instead of the Desktop, but even in Desktop Mode by just pressing the F12 Function Key and then typing BASIC y...
