Thanks nbla000! I spent a lot of time working on it...
I can see that you put a lot of effort and sweat into it. Congratulations on producing a great VIC game.

Thanks Huffelduff! Now that it's finished I can take a break and spend more time playing the great games you and the other coders have released recently.

I love this type of car racing. We played Super Monza in the editing room and we all had a great time

As some players were finding it a little tough, I have updated the game to include an option that lets the player select different difficulty levels.

The gameplay is otherwise unchanged, but this does give the player more time to recover lost positions if they do collide with another car.
I have updated the download in the
2022 Software Releases thread in the announcements section.

I've expanded the game to create a sequel. See post in
Announcements section.
GP2 requires a 32K expansion. New features include 3 extra circuits, car damage, pitstop facility, pre-race circuit maps and track gradient (with a bit of imagination

). As much as I could squeeze in with an extra 16K. I wanted to try and include a scrolling version of the maps in-game but couldn't get that one in.

Wow, this looks really polished now and the extra courses and pitstops are nice addons! If you can still add things (+35K instead of +32K for example) some "racing"-music at the menu / title display or sounds for the traffic lights at the beginning would be nice.
While this is now a great combination of Pole Position and Pitstop let's go for Daytona

Daytona could possibly be a bit of a stretch!
That's a good point about the sound. It's definitely an area that needed some more work.

This is really, really good work. Hard as hell, but excellent!

Thanks chysn! Judging the difficulty is tricky, but I tried to make it a bit easier than the first game. Still a bit too hard I guess.
