Is it maybe possible to emulate it with vice? Vice do run on that machine.

Normally the Shift-Lock Key works like this:

One Klick -> Key snaps in down position
Second Klick -> Key comes back in up position

This key stays down after the secons klick, so that you must pull him up manually.
