i just got this error right now in my appdata folder. what is it and how do i fix it? It's coming from
C:/users/appdata/roaming/vice/vic20.vsf

also, vice keeps shifting my options for the vic 20 back to unknown each time i reset the emulator via alt+f8. I have to manually reconfigure it each time. also, vicmon is mapped at $6000 but only works by sheer luck, even if i add a block at exactly the right area. still no idea how to get the super expander to work, all i know is that it uses $A000. help me pls :?

I don't have access to that file on your harddisk.

Please don't bother to put that file into an attachment, though. In general, snapshot files are only guaranteed to be able to be read back by the exact same version/build of WinVICE.

Please check the other thread how to attach Super Expander.

The same method also works with VICMON.

And PLEASE put emulation related questions into the Emulation section!

No need to apologize here. Get your stuff working. That's more important.
