Has anyone picked up one of these?

I'm not sure why it would be important.

Because many people fear that a power supply failure would fry their friendly computer.
I'm not one of those willing to buy it, but I reckon it has some utility for those who would like to monitor their power supply. I just wish they made it smaller, it's so uselessly bulky. The fake user's manual is cute, though.
There's also an improved version (Power Monitor II) which adds to the displays the current in amperes.

yes, you can watch the power supply fry your vic/64
It would be better to have it and overvoltage protection in front of the power supply, never understood the logic behind this device...

What's the use? Is it just a few volt meter soldered to a connector? I can get the exact same multimeter on Aliexpress.
If you really wanted to know the voltage just whip out a multimeter. I do find the reset button a bit big,
Maybe for users who are not familiar with the vic-20?

Yes of course you can. But you won't get it in a VIC-style case, and with a stylish VIC-inspired user's manual.
Of course it's up to the customer to decide wether this is a nice added value, a collectable thing, or just useless fluff.
