I honestly don't know what I have here but I have never seen one of these before.
Made in Germany and labeled a VC 20? Here is where it gets strange. It is NTSC and has the UK style power supply and documents.
Any help or input would be appreciated.

We had a similar find here in Denial roughly one year ago, in the thread 'NTSC VC20 ???'.
The consensus being, those were probably test machines or intended for purchase by US-American military personnel (who might have brought NTSC TV sets to Germany).

Very interesting. I picked this all up from some guy, selling it for someone else. I thought I was getting a PAL machine and low and behold it was NTSC. The only reason I think it is legit is all the corresponding pieces seem to match. paperwork, power supply, and sticker. Very strange.
