WinVice on Android?

Does WinVice (for the VIC) run on Android?
WinVICE won't run on Android since WinVice is the Windows port of VICE. But since x64 (the C64 emulator in VICE) has been ported to Android, it probably shouldn't be too much work modifying the source code for that port to make an xvic version.
There doesn't seem to be such a port yet, though, although I saw a discussion on the VICE Sourceforge page about merging the Android port of x64 into the official VICE. If this is done, I guess there's a good chance VICE eventually will include an Android version of xvic.
