AS far as I can see, this is a registered user. I suppose Jeff as the administrator can take measures such as inactivating account, changing password and e-mail address to temporarily prevent this particular spammer from posting. There may emerge more similar accounts though. For a while on the VC forum, a few new accounts were created every week for spamming.
