I am looking for two good tested 6560 Vic chips and one set of roms if anyone has them. thanks

It will probably be much cheaper to buy a couple of new VIC20s. Individual chips are usually much more expensive than complete computers.

yeah, finding that out. I puchased some old vics, hopefully a few good vic chips in the lot. thanks

I'd rather destroy a 1541 drive for them, thems heaps of them around.

There are no 6560 chips in a 1541, only a 6502 and a couple of 6522 VIAs (when it comes to MOS chips anyway).

LOL, yes, I read 6560 but my brain said 6522. Wouldn't that be awesome.

Found my chips, I purchased three dead vics off ebay, amazingly all the vic chips are ok.
