Yes, he uses Google translate, perhaps something you can do as well. It's not that hard to understand a standard address form, and only a few fields are required.

These have red stars:

... and then fill in the answer to the anti-spam math.

When I e-mailed him (in English) I got reply in English, I don't think he suddenly lost the ability to use Google translate...

Now that I checked he actually wrote "Yahoo babel fish".

But perhaps he hasn't had time to answer, or didn't get an understandable translation.
