Emulation and Cross Development section.

This section is about emulators and cross-development for the VIC-20:
That means,
- usage of emulators like VICE or MESS,
- cross-development with tools like DASM or cc65,
- handling of data transfer between emulator/PC and real VIC-20.
In short, this is the right place for discussions, as long as at least one program *not* running on a VIC-20, or data not originating on the VIC-20 are involved.
The Programming and Games section should focus on the development and discussion of algorithms, programs and games that actually run on the VIC-20.
