Yes, I am the author and no, I never got one. I can't remember how I let all my copies disappear, but I did.

Too bad. Yes, it seems to be very rare, I haven't even seen it online as a "prg". You need to publish a second revision .

The tape version is actually out there somewhere. I know I have it. The book that came with it is also available as a PDF. I'll see if I can dig them up for you.

Thanks very much Bacon, but I would still like to get my hands on a copy of the original distribution. I think it was distributed on cassette tape first and maybe later on floppy.
