Missing Cartridge Games

Why hasn't anyone ever attempted to create some of the games that were anounced but never released ie wizard of wor. There are so many talented programmers here on denial. It would be so cool to see it happen

wizard of wor for the vic20 would be awsome to have

And it's not technically impossible, as many other games were recently released with a near-to-original quality (see Frogger, Quikman).
