Arma's tapes(hosted by 6502dude) has screenshots for most TAP games.

Eventually I believe Mayhem will release GameBase 20, and we'll find a web site to host it online.

Yes, I'm waiting it for a long time, just like the Mega-Cart

Well if you ever get bored of making Megacarts ;)

(once those last few "bugged" games are sorted, it will probably be ready to roll)

In the meantime, I'm still adding new titles as I receive them. In fact I'll be slotting in two new games tonight along with the box for "Raid On Isram"... oh, and that Haunted House type-up too if someone types it up (or maybe I will).

Don't worry, it's been added (I had noticed you'd mentioned it was an original game, not a translation).

VIC20Gamer.com shows demos of games, although its database is not particularly extensive. It's a shame that the VIC doesn't have a website as exhaustive as worldofspectrum.org. For the novice retro gamer, it's an ideal starting point. Everything you need to get going is right there at the click of a mouse.

I'm working on such a site.
That is a site with full info for each game/release.

Unfortunately no scans of instructions yet.
There are inlay scans for some of the games though.
