I know I haven't added the proper 'Dongle' to do eeprom programming, but I could make said adapter.

From the second photo:This photo shows the connections to the DB25 connector on the top of the board. From left to right:
Pin 22:Black: Ground
Pin 21:Red: +5v
Pin 18: Green: CR/W (R/W for the CPU)
Pin 13: Green: /BLK5 (Active when A000h to BFFFh are accessed)
Pins 9 to 2: CD7 to CD0 (CPU Data Lines)
So all the lines needed for a standard /BLK5 cart are there. I would just need to solder up an adapter.This photo shows the connections to the DB25 connector on the bottom of the board. From left to right:
