Ral-Clan did an excellent job on MegaCart logo development.

Isn't imitation the sincerest form of flattery?

Yes, indeed!

OMG, isn't it a shame Commodore traveled to the future and cloned Ral-Clan's design of the Megacart label for use on their design of the VIC-20 cart labels?

The only reason why the Megacart label design and the Behr Bonz label design are similar is because they are both insipred by original VIC-20 cart labels.

That, of course, takes nothing away from Ral-Clan's excellent creation.

I split the following part of this thread off into an own thread, and locked that thread.

So hopefully the discussion here will concentrate upon the thread topic again, name availability of, and orders for Behr-Bonz cart.

In case you forgot, there already is a sales thread about the Behr-Bonz in the other subforum. It was also invaded by a bash party so I splitted that thread and moved rest of it off-topic a few weeks ago.

I suggest this thread is only about further development and improvements to the Behr-Bonz, if such is planned. The label design may belong to this kind of improvements, likewise PAL validation.

I’ve repurposed cases in the past, but these days it’s easy to 3D print a whole new cartridge case.
