Those are some pretty nice boxes... I am guessing $100+
How high will this auction go?

I tried to win this auction, but there was no way I was going past $100. I got the surprise of my life when it went for over $180. Someone must have really wanted these games, at least a lot more than I did.
This auction and another I was watching (19 loose carts that went for over $300 australian dollars) has made me feel very surprised at a possible increase in popularity of the Vic 20.
For a long time the Vic seemed to be very unwanted. Even on ebay games and systems went for very low amounts. I have won auctions such as 6 boxed games for only $15 or a heap of loose carts for even less. Are collectors finally realising how many great games there are on the Vic and how good a real Vic 20 is?
I am glad the Vic 20 is gaining a seemingly increased desirability, but I cringe at the possibility of having to pay big money to increase my game collection.
