Not that I'm aware of. I purchased a clear case from TFW8B. mrr19121970 is said to make very nice adhesives.

All, mrr19121970 has agreed to make labels if at least 4 people show interest. price is 2 euros a sticker and 1 euro to post it.

Haven't actually ordered one. While it looks nice, I don't like that the label side is in two parts that have to be glued together. I might eventually have one printed up anyway, but for now I'm still looking for other options.
