I made a bid for that. If I didn't have other stuff going on ATM, you would have had a much stronger fight on your hands  .
Don't worry, it still cost me a fair few quid!

How much did it go for in the end?

I ended up paying £18 + £1.50 postage. I have been holding out in a vein attempt to get it fir around the tenner mark but it always goes for quite a bit more. It's strange to me that it goes for so much as it comes up pretty often. Still, I succombed at that price so maybe that's what everyone else is doing... :)

I bid £10 for it. The funny thing is that I paid about £20 for the 1st Book of VIC when I bought it because I had to import it from the US.

Mayhem wrote:in the meantime, if the winners can tell me the year of release for Animal Magic, Golden Apples of Zeus and Turbo Grid then I can fill those in.
Golden Apples of Zeus = 1983
Turbo Grid = 1983
Animal Magic = ?

All are based on the year printed on the inlay/cassette label.
I've not loaded any of the games yet.

They don't mention the year in the game, hence asking if the inlay might yield any clues ;)

Sadly, there's nothing other than the catalogue number (G1021) for Animal Magic. Based on that I believe it to be 1983... :)

I received a DAM's IEEE card. Now I have both the C64 and VIC-20 version.

I received a uIEC/SD drive over the weekend and it is great. I was using a tape recorder to transfer files to my vic/c64. Now, I just load everything onto a little SD card(and I do mean everything!) and use the files straight from the little tiny drive.

My thanks to Brain Innovations for making this wonderful piece of hardware.

Later,
Rob

Just received

Boxed Ivan Berg: Vic Money Manager, Vocabulary, Arithmetic, Reading

Boxed Audiogenic Creative Software Home Inventory

Anyone need this archiving or instructions?

Spare Vic 20 with a missing 1 Key.

Anyone have a spare switch or stem and 1 key cap to repair my new friend? Sadly unwanted I acquired for £1 + p&p and would like to bring it back to condition.

Smashing, thanks Pedro.

Any chance you could post them to me as I have a few days home to do repairs and stuff. I got home early from Q.

Will have Veccy ready for you, aim to hand carry week after next.

Cheers Ian

No bother. :)

I should still have your address from the FE3 postage. I'll send them to you tomorrow. :)

Can't wait to play the Vectrex in RL. How are you going to hand carry it? Isn't it a little heavy for you to lug around?

EDIT: Actually, what Vic is it? Do you know what the keyboard is like? I know there are at least 2 different types of keys for the Vic...

The bits I have are from a keyboard with the grey keys so here's hoping they're the same.

The bits are in bubble-wrap in an envelope ready to go... :)
