I need a chip MOS 6561-101 for my VIC20. I searched on ebay and I could not find anything. Is there anyone who can help me to get it?

A complete VIC 20 usually sells for less than a 6561 (VIC) chip by itself, so a better option is to buy a working VIC 20 and keep both. This way you will have a working machine and one you can use for spare parts.
A VIC 20 should also be easier to find than a VIC chip.

I have been looking for a 6561 PAL VIC on Ebay several months and I could not find it.
