Hi all. My home VIC setup has a black and green monitor (hence my inclination towards monochrome graphics, text adventures, and old PET games ).
It would be nice if I could change the XVIC settings and emulate the green shades of my monitor, to do a quick test of programs on the PC and possibly change the pokes before using them on the real machine .
I tried with Settings -> Video Settings -> Colors -> (set Saturation to 0), but of course it gives a black and white screen.. Maybe I should edit the vpl (VIC palette) file, but how? Anyone already tried this?
How to emulate a green monitor in VICE?

Saehn was very helpful there
Obviously you'd need to tweak the colours a bit for the VIC...
