If you read one the author's earlier entries titled, "My early experiences with Commodore computers" you'll find that he discusses the VIC-20. You'll also find a comment by me promoting Denial. :)
In the end it will be as if nothing ever happened.

The listings and discussion of his published VIC adventure games (he was 14) are very interesting. Thanks for the link!

I did see that (eventually), there were so many replies! And that's why you're the BEST! :D

If by "the BEST" you meant "a Denial whore" then yes, yes I am.

Slightly OT: That guy's blog sure is getting a lot of play at /. lately. It's curious.
In the end it will be as if nothing ever happened.

I think we're all "whores" when it comes to posts in blogs and forums ... so now that you mention it THAT way, yeah, you are the best.
But I did mean that in the positive spirit in which it was offered, just wanted that clearly stated. 8)

I agree, his blog gets a fair amount of attention. He's a good writer, saying a lot of the same things I have read so many times and like others, have experienced a bit myself... it is something a lot of people can relate to, and it strikes as being genuine. Good for him!
