Extremely satisfied...

Carts #0158 and #0159 arrived Friday, and I just got around to putting them both through their paces today. As any of the other owners know, these things are fabulous.

Thank you so much to Brian and everybody who worked on the Megacart!

Heheh.. nope.. all mine!

I'm paranoid. I just know about two years from now when I'm still using this thing and they are no longer being made that it will somehow get fried, stolen, trampled by a herd of dachshund, etc.

I failed to consider this possibility. I hope I don't live to regret it.
In the end it will be as if nothing ever happened.

I know the feeling. I have eight VIC-20s that I keep in my kitchen cupboards and I still don't feel I have enough.

I'm tempted to order another Mega Cart and keep it in a security deposit box.

Funny. I received my Mega Cart a few weeks ago and was only tonight able to try it out fully. Turns out that both of my VICs were not feeling so well. They might be recoverable, but I'm probably just going to keep them around for parts... for now.

Anyway, TenTen on the real machine is awesome. The two pics included on the MC are very cool. The original VIC joystick I got with this bundle SUCKS.

Will be playing with the MC some more later...!

Same here. Six working VICs (one NTSC, five PAL of which two VC20 and one with the old motherboard). I fire them up from time to time, but feel like they're going to die one by one, before my passion for the VIC dies  .

You guys are making me scared. I want my kids to play my games someday. :( I only have 2 or three VICs total. I'm not even sure more than one works.

I only own one Vic-20 myself (well, two if you include the Vic-1001) and it still works fine thankfully.

To preserve my 3 vics, I use VICE as much as possible and real vics just for tests on real machines and for Mega-Cart tournaments with my friends
