Looking for a VIC 20 kernal ROM (PAL)

Post by zutman »

After swapping some chips I found out the reason why one of my VICs is not working: it has a faulty kernal rom. It is the kernal ROM for a PAL VIC20, number 901486-07.

Does by any chance someone here happen to have a spare lying around?

If they don't, it's not hard to burn a replacement.

Or I can burn you a pin compatible replacement on an MCM68764 chip.
Be normal.

Or MCM68766.

Those are the 2 hard to find 24 pin 8Kx8 EPROMs.
