Can anyone help me ID which system these games will work on?

Post by maitaiz »

I have 2 tapes with (what I think are) games that I'm trying to figure out whether they work on a Commodore 64 or VIC-20.

3-D Man (the only other info on the tape says "nufekop")

Coco 2, The Educational Computer Game
(looks like it's made by) ISI Software Inc. 1982

Has anyone heard of them/used them on either sytem?

If you have, can you email me at maitaiz@hotmail.com?

Thanks!

3-D Man:
http://www.c64games.de/phpseiten/spiele ... nummer=748

Coco 2:
http://www.c64gg.com/C14.html (scroll down 2/3)

Based on that, it seems both should be C64 titles, but maybe they exist for the VIC too. If you don't have a computer to test it on, you may have success with recording it to a WAV and make a TAP file for testing on an emulator. Normally though the publishers were quite good at saying for which computer the game was.

Hi there
I have Vic 20 versions of both of these titles unfortunatley the 3D man will not work :( but i am working on it :)

Anyways if yours works 3D man needs 3, 8, or 16k and a joystick thats if it is the same as my Bubble Bus copy.

As for the CoCo thing i would have to dig that out from my mothers as itsd in the attic there to give you any more info, but from what i remember there was some sort of hardware item included in the box of mine ??
give me a few weeks and i will have a answer for ya :)

As it turns out my tape drive isn't behaving, so I can't do much with them anyway...LOL, but thanks for the help anyway!
