While "doodling" on excel, I came up with

Now, having done some VBA programming with excel - i know that it should be able to match a vic running a basic program.

I thought i might have a go at trying to code an excel version of rocket command from the vic manual.

anybody want to share any thoughts on this?

p.s. I am aware that the CBM letters are in the wrong order

It reminds me of vb81 and vbSpec, although those are standalone applications written in Visual Basic, rather than running inside of Excel. I'm not sure the latter is very useful, but it is your project.
