I am looking for a B700 case (aka 256-80, PET-II, CBM-II). I know its very hard to find one, but if you know of one or a non-working machine (or someone that has one) I would like to know. The reason being that I have a Assy# 8256068 main board (with a 6509) which needs a home to get back to life. The board is for a HP computer with external keyboard (as in the picture).
I have a spare 6509 cpu (new) that I will trade for such a case. The 6509 is hard to find and you would want one in backup if you have a CBM-II machine in your collection. Designation is MOS 6509R04A, production date is 5282.

A bit of Photoshop magic can heal the holes in the image.sjgray wrote:Now I really wish i hadnt used that hole-punch...

Ok. I have my B700 case, but still need a keyboard. They are very hard to come by, so I may need to make a replica.
If someone here has one (B700/P700/B600 keyboard) I am also interested in pictures.
A working or non-working original power supply is also wanted.

Did you name yours Eva?
Any technology distinguishable from magic is insufficiently advanced.
