I knew Italy was a secondary market for microcomputers after all, but didn't expect we were given photocopies buying an original package!

It isn't common indeed, but sounds strange it was sold with a b/w photocopy - it's shrink-wrapped!

It's MIB, in its intact plastic, but apparently the front cover is in black and white! Looks like it's not a picture artifact. How could it be? Well, it was just out of curiosity

I see - my question now is (and the answer would be very informative and didactic here Mike ), would these programs / files be able to "talk" to one another, i.e., load one another, get back to desktop, etc?

Yep this would be nice, but maybe a bit expensive.. I was thinking about MCes' Jolly Cart, which for that purpose wouldn't fit.

Yep a kind of Magic Desk I for the VIC - but impossible to fit in a cart being a multi-load, multi-app packet, isn't it?

Here we go: vicword.prg . It needs at least a +8K RAM expansion, though. As I wrote above, the calculator 'app' is just a prop... CAL has more functionality. ;) Ah yep, I forgot we implemented more functions in this version... it's in fact a rip-off of an old Italian original program from the Play ...
