I am a bit surprised over the colors in this shot. Cyan with red lines? Was that the level right after the all red track? My highscore was on a yellow track with red lines, which would be 4 levels higher than the cyan with red lines...?

That the expansion ram is kind of fragmented is not 100% bad actually, because you can put things like toolkits, or the new "maxi-edit" or SJLOAD in those different locations, for example in block 5 or in the 3K ram expansion, and they will be more or less protected from other programs and...

Tried it briefly! Wow! This is what I've wished for for 30 years! It isn't even slowing the vic-20 down, and it's still there after a runstop-restore. This is just amazing. Thank you so much for this!

If the Vic-20 had 40 column graphics and some more ram, then the C64 would probably not have been developed (at least not that fast) and Commodore would probably not had been the success story it was.

Im not sure why people wish that the vic20 had 40 columns. That is however easily fixed, it's just to use a c64 instead. Fixes the problem with screen memory moving when using 8k+ ram as well as i'ts already fully expanded. Using a c64 will give you access to a lot more games and a lot more advanced...

I've used a SD2IEC for a couple of years now, which can't load .tap files...

But as you maybe have seen in the game club thread, I can now load .taps as well using Tap Dancer ( http://museum.boray.se/#!album-18 )

So... what are your favourite .tap-only games?, I would like to try them.
