Seller has blocked anyone outside the US bidding even though I asked if I could bid. Odd. It says the auction is open to Europeans. Apple (corporately) and Steve Jobs (personally) long ago admit (in court, no less) that the inspiration for the Mac's GUI came from a trip that some Apple people took to Xerox's (formerly) Palo Alto Research Center where they saw a demonstration of the Alto .
