in box with instructions

it is cart size, with 3 switches on the top to select 3k, 16k, 24k or 24k+ blk5/ram 1,2,3

what is the current value of this item?
is it rare?
is it worth keeping if I have the Megacart?

I see plenty of Disk / Tape images of new games do you load them on your Vic 20 via Disk/cassette player or via a PC to Vic 20 connection
or only emulation?
