Woohoo!

Hence, this is in the "Other Systems"... I was coming back from NJ yesterday, stopped at the KB Toy store in the outlet mall in PA. I found a "demonstrated" DTV for $3. Nice. Gotta check the KB toy store in the outlet mall near me to see if they have any left. Oh, and the wife pi...

I do remember learning a lot without having to be in front of a computer. I think the computer has been a crutch for kids.

Main point... speel chuckers.

I think I get it... I'm planning on using 27128's and/or 27256's. Mainly so I can make some Jiffydos's with 27128's, since, they really can't be bought anymore. I have a boatload of 27128's, just need to erase them.

I need to get an EPROM eraser before I can start burning with my Willem. I, too, am using it with WinXP, and so far, it can read chips just fine, but that's as far as I've gotten. I have a boatload of EPROMs that all need erasing. My willem is the dual-power version, similar to yours, different layo...

I've been using an eraser to polish the contacts on many of my cartridges... yea I know, static,... but, I haven't killed any yet, and have resurrected all of them.

I don't think I paid anything for any of the Vic-20's or Plus/4's I have. Hm... if I did, it couldn't have been much.

I guess I'm jaded from getting so much free hardware that it's tough for me to drop a lot of cash on it...

Yep, got mine, too.

I'm assuming those SMT pads are for the resistors?

A closet full of Vic-20 stuff...

...or something like that. A 4x4 club member says she has a pile of vic-20 hardware sitting in a closet. I'm gonna go see what's there, and maybe offer her a price for the whole thing, or post it on here individually.

Will have to wait and see...!

So just use a heavy duty c64 power supply, or modify a c128 power supply.

They should work fine for a LONG time, especially if you're not straining them.

But, I think it does need the 9VAC.

I noticed that Donkey Kong has a few more little animations and whatnot that are missing from the C64 version. Neat.

They're now residing on my 64HDD, and will add more to the D64 image as you release them! Great joearearb!
