Just confirming that it is made in Commodore's Braunschweig plants (from box).

For typical MIDI file byte mangling I just do that with my own code, but i have to admit a bare excel-like MIDI file editor would serve some purposes. What I use typically to is the event list in Cakewalk Sonar. If MIDI files were not soo old school, maybe it would make sense for plogue (my company)...
