Re: rca adpter cable - vic 20
I'm using a similar cable on both my VIC & C16, I got mine from ebay seller Retrocomputershack, it's works lovely and is very well made. I also bought a SCART lead for my speccy +2 from them and that is up to the same high standards.

Might be worth having a look on amibay instead. But prices on old PC stuff have gone through the roof this year, that's for sure.

I have a boxed copy of DIG DUG with German stickers on the box, so I assume it is PAL, certainly doesn't seem too fast on PAL machine.

Commodore 16 new buy.
I decided to take the plunge this weekend and buy a Commodore 16 off ebay. I've always been curious about the VIC's replacement machine, often saw the games on shelves but never got to try one out before, so settled on this one: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Commodore-16-Computer-with-Tape-Deck-PSU-Games...

After all this time it seems I'm not alone with the bugged version of this game. Chinnyvision on youtube also has the same broken copy as me.

Re: Submarine 1981 VIC-Soft
Thanks for all the info
The arcade game was almost certainly Sea Wolf, thanks!
Will keep my eye's open for a VIC copy on ebay.
Just got a composite video cable to replace my RF, much nicer picture, no more ghosting.
All the best,
Chris

The only way to go is up, but when you do its instant death, every time!! There don't seem to ...
