Re: VICTree for VIC Finally Spotted (on eBay)

I have one I acquired some time ago. Definitely rare. Congrats to Dragos, this one got by me and I have "Victree" as a saved search on my phone's Ebay app to alert me whenever one shows up.

I think it had something to do with contracts, which often are set up so that the distributor is required to take a certain amount of product UNLESS the project is cancelled by the manufacturer, in which case they will get zero deliveries. Short runs are expensive and at the end of the Vic-20's life...

The catalog does not list WoW as a current or pending cartridge but it does list several cartridges that they had available which are not usually on the rarity lists, so these were actually produced and offered in this catalog. I think that at the end of the Vic's life, there were tons of games goin...

May I suggest that people remember that harsh words can cause long-term damage in relationships. Harsh words can turn a potential seller into someone who might throw it into the garbage rather than let someone whose words are harsh or hateful have it. I have TONS of stuff I would like to archive so ...

Would have been more than willing to share the code if I had been the winner of the auction of the Wizard of Wor prototype. By the way, have a number of cartridges that need archiving, would really appreciate some help with the mechanics of how it is done. Have several HAM radio cartridges, plus a w...

I want to know who is collecting VIC stuff like this! I see these crazy prices, but something tells me they're not coming from Denial members. It seems like someone who is into the VIC enough to buy these things should be on the forum. Not all the buyers of this stuff are Denial members, excepting ...

I have the Vic-Rel cartridge (CIB), the Vic-Graf cartridge and the Vic-Stat cartridge. Would really like the Vic-Forth cart, but haven't even seen it available yet. Probably one of those "got to be in the right place at the right time" things. One would think that a few of the ones on the ...

I would like to be able to bid on any of your stuff if you are thinking of selling, particularly copiers, speech synthesizers, European Vic20 carts, etc.

I use Ebay, but in order to access some things often overlooked, search for the following: Vic20, Vic 20, Vic-20, VC20, VC-20, Vic-1001, Commodore cartridge, Commodore carts, Commodore cart. Use the terms above in Advance Search and set up the search so that it looks for items located in "ANY C...
