Handic VIC Stat and also Handic VIC Graf were actually not that rare back in the days. At least in Sweden and Finland. After all they were made in Sweden. Problem solved thanks to Vic20-Ian. There was nothing wrong with the TAP file.

Yes, I have tried that, but got an "out of memory" error or sometimes the main game program doesn't load at all.
So, I guess there's something wrong with the tap file on Armas site. I have only tried the tap file in VICE and on THEVIC20, not on a real VIC-20.

Does anybody have the manual and a working tap for the VIC-20 Games Designer by Richard and David Darling? I have tried the tap found on Armas site, but can't get the "main gamebase" program to run even when I follow the instructions included in the zip file. Also I can't find the manual a...

Wav-prg and Audiotap work fine with a cheap USB cassette player. It might take some time to adjust the volume, though.
